Separate top from bottom.
2nd
Cut 1" from both sides of bodice.
3rd
Take in front & back neckline.
4th
Gather waist of skirt.
5th
Sew bodice & skirt back together.
6th
Sew elastic around the waist.
7th
Cut skirt to desired length & hem.
