Whenever, I go to my hometown, to visit my family, I always try to make time to thrift.  They have some of the best thrift stores. (Some are rough, but amazing finds!) On this trip home,  I found time to go to one of my favorites, Second Mile Thrift in Edmore, MI.

I was instantly complimented on my shoes by the four ladies working. If they were buttering me up to buy they had no need to waste their time, I was intending on leaving with a bag full.

Among the many things I found this curtain was one of them. I found the curtain before I found the pattern (which I got for 50 cents) instantly after finding the two,  I knew just what I was going to create.
