This Thrift store find was a great buy. Not only does this dress have a great paisley print in great colors but it has an awesome button back detail & on top of all of that all the transformation it needed was an easy hem length change.
1) I removed sleeves from both blouses & attached the white sleeves to the denim bodice. (I set the white blouse to the side for a different transformation on a later date)
2) I cut the hem of the denim shirt shorter and did a straight stitch along the hem to allow a 1/4" fray.
3) I dipped the finished blouse in bleach, washed it, then done.
We had a clothing swap at work a few months ago & I scored this sweet little rabbit printed tunic. I would've loved to keep it just the way it was but it had these weird pinkish marks on it soo... w/ a little bleach, eyelet, cutting and sewing this is what I came up with.
